This website is dedicated to all users of IBM DB2 in all universities and colleges particularly in Malaysia. It is aim to create awareness of IBM DB2 in local univeristies and colleges.

The DB2 Express-C product is IBM's Information Management foray into releasing a freely distributable, freely downloadable version of the industry leading DB2 database program. DB2 Express-C is the no-charge edition of DB2. DB2 Express C are free to develop, deploy, distribute with no limits, just data. Take control of the XML and application development are made easy. 

IBM DB2 has two students program to help aid the understanding and awareness of DB2 in universities and colleges worldwide.

The first DB2 User Group in Malaysia was created in University Technical Malaysia Malacca, (UTeM) with Lang Ley Cheong as the first Malaysian IBM DB2 Student Ambassador.
